Windshield Replacement Tech’s statewide lifetime warranty safeguards its glass replacement service against material and/or workmanship defects for the duration of your vehicle ownership or lease.

To be eligible:

• You must inform us within 30 days of detecting the defect. We bear no responsibility for damages resulting from delayed notification beyond 30 days of discovery.
• Platinum must be granted the chance to assess the vehicle damage before authorizing any warranty claim.

This warranty cannot be transferred to another owner/lessor, and no other warranty, either express or implied, is applicable.

Our process, customer satisfaction

During the windshield repair process, the technician injects special resin into the damaged section of the glass. Optimal results are achieved under the following conditions:

• The damage is recent.
• The point of impact is small.
• The cracks around the damaged area are minimal.
• There is no moisture or other foreign matter in the affected area.

Our nationwide lifetime warranty covers the repaired portion of the windshield against further cracking and guarantees that the repair will meet any state vehicle inspection requirements.

Additional Damage or Customer Dissatisfaction: If additional damage occurs from the repair point or if you are unsatisfied with the repair for any reason, we will credit the repair cost toward a replacement performed by Windshield Replacement Tech.

If your insurance company covered the repair, they will receive the credit, and you may still be responsible for any deductible if you opt for a windshield replacement. This warranty remains valid for the duration of your vehicle ownership or lease and is non-transferable. No other warranties, either express or implied, are applicable.

DISCLAIMER: In some instances, and not due to any fault of the repair technician, the damaged area may expand during the repair process, necessitating a windshield replacement. Such cases are not covered by the warranty, and Windshield Replacement Tech is not liable for the replacement cost or any additional damage incurred.

Recalibration

Recalibration Services: Our recalibration services come with a one-year guarantee from the date of recalibration or until the next recalibration event, whichever happens first. A recalibration event is determined by your vehicle manufacturer and includes instances such as vehicle collisions, windshield replacements, camera disconnections or removals, and vehicle realignments.

If you encounter a recalibration event, please consult your owner’s manual for guidance. Do not rely on your advanced safety systems until recalibration is performed by a qualified recalibration specialist. Remember, advanced safety systems are not substitutes for safe driving practices.

Drive Responsibly: Please exercise caution while driving and adhere to all driver safety regulations. Do not solely rely on advanced safety systems to ensure your safety on the road.

Windshield wipers

Limited Warranty:

Windshield Replacement Tech wipers are covered by a six-month warranty starting from the purchase date. Windshield Replacement Tech will, at its discretion, replace any wiper found to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period.

Important Points:

• The warranty applies only to the original consumer of the wiper and is non-transferable.
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or gradual wear and tear is not covered under the warranty.

Exclusions

Vehicle Inspection and Liability:

Before each installation, Windshield Replacement Tech technicians conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle, documenting any visible damage on a pre-inspection form.

It is important to note:

• Windshield Replacement Tech is not liable for any pre-existing vehicle damage.
• In certain cases, damage may only be revealed upon glass removal, such as rust or other issues affecting the pinch weld or frame, which could compromise safe installation. In such instances, you are responsible for covering all expenses associated with repairing the damage or rust, including transportation costs to and from a qualified body shop if necessary.

Warranty Coverage:

• Damage unrelated to defective workmanship or materials is not covered under this warranty.
• Windshield Replacement Tech, its parent, and/or affiliate companies are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages associated with glass repair or replacement.

Legal Considerations:

• If you reside in a state that prohibits the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, this warranty exclusion may not be applicable to you.
• This warranty grants you specific legal rights; additional rights may be available to you depending on your state’s laws.
